This is a wonderful cookbook for anyone who wants to learn to cook with Tofu. I used to only use Tofu once in a while, now since finding this book, first at my local Library, then I bought it through Amazon.com, I cook with Tofu a few times a week. This book teaches you the Basics of Tofu and has alot of recipes from Breakfasts to Desserts. I have tried the Pumpkin Pancakes, Lasagna, and a Dill Rotini, Yum. I want to try all the recipes in this book at least once. This book even has recipes for sauces, spreds and desserts, such as "Alfredo", "Mayonaise" and "Icecream". I highly recommend this book as long as you don't have any allergies to Soy. It also tells you how to buy and store different types of Tofu. Enjoy!!! I am.

Shows how much I knew about tofu! Did you know you can make a dessert with "silk" tofu (a tofu with a real creamy texture). I now cook with tofu, seeing so many wonderful meals and desserts that can be made with extra-firm, firm, soft and silk. It's not just for Oriental cooking any more! LOL - just had to add that one.
